How it works

Our unique approach encourages participation by offering easy entry points into the program. Most wellness programs focus on getting participants to jump into a fitness regimen or weight loss program. These approaches are largely ineffective because they only address the physical component. The result of this single-focus approach is low program participation and high dropout levels. 

 

The Wellnurse eases participants into participation by introducing easy to digest concepts and activities that train the mind, address the body, utilize nature, and structure a sense of purpose. The combination of mind, body, nature and purpose create an apex that leads to resiliency and fulfillment.
