The Wellnurse focuses on the 4 core tools that you can use to build a self care and resiliency practice to help you feel healthier, more fulfilled, and combat stress in your day to day life and career. Those tools are Body, Mind, Nature, and Purpose.
In this course you’ll learn specific and quick action items and practices you can start to do to change your mindset, stop negative spiraling, and make self-care a priority.
We are the only wellness program that has been specifically created for nurses. That means our course is structured to address the specific challenges nurses face and the skills we teach are easy to implement and fit into a busy, on-the-go schedule.
We’ve developed an approach that is proven effective in getting nurses excited and committed to their own self-care by engaging them step-by-step in the process.
This course is all online and can be accessed and utilized easily. Go at your own pace, save your progress, and access all our notes and resources right from your computer.
